The ConsultationThe process begins by giving Cape May Home Seller Consulting a phone call at 609-780-7131 and setting up an appointment to have us tour your home – both inside and out. With clipboard and camera in tow, we will soon be at your home and will view your property with you and your realtor. Then we will spend an additional hour or two noting every detail of your property. Within two days, Cape May Home Seller Consulting will again meet with you and your realtor and present you with a thorough written report on what steps should be taken to transform your home into an appealing and more marketable property. We will make recommendations not only about the inside and contents of your home, but also the landscaping and grounds. The next step is yours. One option is to implement all the changes yourself and then get your realtor to take pictures of the property and get it listed for sale. Another option is to have Cape May Home Seller Consulting enact the changes. We can do one or two rooms, or the whole house. As a licensed and insured New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor, we can take responsibility for all the modifications that you want done. We will even bring in a few pieces of furniture or accessories, if necessary, to accentuate the strong points of your home. You, the Seller, are in control all the way and we only do what you want. For new construction, we can stage the entire home or any rooms that you choose. We have a nice inventory of tables, lamps, wall hangings, etc., that will give your project the feel of affluence and prestige that matches your quality construction. For larger furniture, like sofas or beds, we have rental companies at our disposal which can provide furniture to fit any budget. Whether you have one home or an entire development for sale, it makes economic sense to have a staged home to show and entice prospective Buyers.
